Gloria Vance · World News AnchorJoining me is Casimir Hobbs, a management consultant.
Casimir HobbsThank you for having me.
Casimir HobbsFull disclosure, my firm bills four thousand dollars an hour, so I will be brief. Circling back, brevity is a strategy.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSo what should a mayor do when the council votes no confidence and residents start a recall?
Casimir HobbsListen to stakeholders. In my analysis, the stakeholders appear to want a different mayor. Circling back, that is the whole finding.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThat is what the ballot petition says, and it was free.
Casimir HobbsFree is not a sustainable model. Circling back, circling back, the mayor should listen.
Casimir HobbsHer situation is unprecedented, except for every other mayor who ever refused to leave.

Casimir HobbsI have a deep familiarity with the place.
Casimir HobbsCircling back, circling back, I looked at it on a map during the car ride here. #$%&! Fine, I have never been.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorAnd the city has been billed for a site visit?
