RUE MORGUEExperience ’80s genre nostalgia in animation with “THE WEIRD KIDZ”; trailer & poster

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorRue Morgue reports a trailer and a poster for an animated film called The Weird Kidz, built around eighties genre nostalgia.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThat is the entire document.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorA trailer and a poster, released together. In my experience, nothing that coordinated is an accident.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorCoordinated! Two items, same day. That is a pattern, and I have charts.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorWalk us through the timeline.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorRue Morgue posted the story about six and a half hours ago.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorBefore that, we have a trailer nobody had seen, and a poster nobody had seen.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorSo before that, they were unseen.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorWhich is exactly what someone hiding them would want.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorLet me show my chart. The line goes up, then it goes up again. I am not sure what it measures, but it is alarming.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorWhat does the chart measure, Dale?
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorNostalgia, Hank. Or possibly tea. I labeled it in a hurry.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThen we go deeper. If the poster looks like the eighties, somebody who remembers the eighties must have drawn it.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorOr somebody who owns a very old VHS tape.
