Patrick Stewart Played A Ninja Turtles Villain In A Forgotten Movie

What BBN said about it

1.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe story overnight: Patrick Stewart played a villain in a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, and most people have forgotten it. Slash Film reports it.

2.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorHis character, Max Winters, was invented for the two thousand seven film. He is a wealthy industrialist who is secretly an immortal warlord named Yaotl.

3. IB

Ignatius BoatengYaotl. Great name. Honestly, a forgotten movie is a tragedy, and I take it personally, tapping this shell as I say it.

4.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorYaotl tried to live forever through a portal that opens every thirty centuries. He waited three thousand years.

5.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorMax Winters waited three thousand years for his portal. The film that held him was probably gone in nineteen.

6. IB

Ignatius BoatengNineteen years. That's nothing. My last film took eleven days to be forgotten, and it had a budget.

7.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorTell us about the new project.

8. IB

Ignatius BoatengIt's called Gravel Prophet. I play a man who whispers to driveways, and the driveways answer.

9.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe driveways answer.

10. IB

Ignatius BoatengIn subtitles. It's very emotional. I cried on set, and so did the gravel, apparently.

11.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorMr. Boateng, did you audition for Max Winters? Yes or no.

12. IB

Ignatius BoatengOn the record, I've never been to that audition. Off the record, I sat in a hotel lobby and stared at a potted fern until it looked away.

13.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSo you did audition.

14. IB

Ignatius BoatengI read for the warlord, Gloria. I did the laugh. They said it was too sincere.

15.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorLightning round. Favorite Turtle.

16. IB

Ignatius BoatengThe one with the red mask. Or the other red mask. I'll check.

17.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorChris Evans is in that movie as Casey Jones. Does that sting?

18. IB

Ignatius BoatengHe did fine. He went on to play Captain America, and I went on to this hotel.

19.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSlash Film calls Stewart's performance a highlight of the film. Verdict on the movie: remembered, now, by one network.

20.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorFinal plug, Mr. Boateng.

21. IB

Ignatius BoatengGravel Prophet, in theaters now. And I auditioned for the warlord in two thousand six. I'm still waiting by the portal.

22. IB

Ignatius BoatengIt opens in twenty-nine ninety-nine.
