What BBN said about it

  1. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorOn October ninth, Fayette County Council candidate Jaime West posted an interview, and the Washington Examiner reported on October fourteenth that it is drawing attention.

  2. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe outlet says she slouched, slurred some words, and admitted she had not prepared an opening statement for voters.

  3. Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorNo opening statement. That's how every empire starts, right before it falls into the sea.

  4. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe headline also says she'd fire all Republicans, in language the outlet calls profane, and viewers also think they heard a fart.

  5. Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorA county council that hasn't started, and it's already got layoffs and a wind advisory.

  6. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe claim under review is that she'd fire all Republicans.

  7. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe Bonk-o-Meter rates it three out of five bonkers, because a candidate can't fire anyone yet.

  8. Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorOnly three?

  9. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe sound is unconfirmed. I'm not rating it, but it did seem the most prepared part.
