Margaret Qualley, Aaron Pierre Talk Amazon Romance 'Love Of Your Life'

What BBN said about it

1.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorMargaret Qualley and Aaron Pierre star in a new Amazon romance called Love of Your Life, and they say the show is about getting it wrong to get it right.

2.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorWith me is Griselda Hoang, who runs heartbreak programming at Lanternlight Streaming Studios. Is heartbreak a department now?

3. GH

Griselda HoangIt's our fastest-growing department, Hank.

4. GH

Griselda HoangThe audience told us, and by that I mean a man named Leonard in Dayton, that a good cry is the best value in entertainment.

5.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorLeonard. One man.

6.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe pitch for this show is a romance that's deliberately non-traditional and, I'm told, heartbreaking. Did you test the ending before it went out?

7. GH

Griselda HoangWe screened it for people who love to feel things, and the audience told us, specifically a woman named Pat, that she had to lie down in the lobby.

8. GH

Griselda HoangThat is a five-star review in my building. Here, take a tissue.

9.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorBut you didn't answer the question. Did people like the ending, or did they just need to lie down?

10. GH

Griselda HoangThey were deeply moved, and some of them were moved toward the exits. We count both as emotional engagement.

11. GH

Griselda HoangI have a clicker for it.

12.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA clicker for crying.

13. GH

Griselda HoangAnd it's at four hundred and twelve, Hank. The audience told us that's the number where a man like you finally takes a tissue.

14.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorI'll take one for the pen. You're charging me for it, aren't you?
