What BBN said about it

1.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorPilots were scolded after meowing was heard on an air traffic control frequency, and nobody has said who did it.

2.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorZephyr Lund joins us, and she has a routine about it.

3. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundVera, hi! Step one of my Meow Morning Routine: warm lemon water, then I find an open channel and just say what I feel.

4. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundSwipe up for the full routine.

5.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorSo you're saying anyone can speak on that channel and nobody knows who they are.

6. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundExactly! It's all trust. No logins, no names, just vibes and a radio.

7. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundUse my code MEOW twenty for twenty percent off Captain Glow, my ring light.

8.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorBut the pilots were scolded, and the real question is why a safety channel works with no accountability at all.

9. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundBecause people are good, Vera. You can't trace a meow, and you can't trace my code either. Swipe up on the radio, honestly.

10.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorYour code can't be traced?

11. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundIt's more of a feeling. Captain Glow says the code works for people who believe in it, and believers have been very supportive.

12.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorSo is that a yes? Does MEOW twenty take twenty percent off anything?

13. ZM

Zephyr Moonstone LundIt works on the honor system, Vera, the same system that keeps planes safe. Swipe up, everyone.

14.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorAnd that is exactly the system that worries me.
