What BBN said about it

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorHank, I am thrilled. First, CNN says Western officials claim Russia is going backwards in equipment, deploying post World War Two era tanks.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorTanks older than my Beanie Baby. Though my Beanie Baby has held its value better than that army's inventory.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorCNN also notes a Moscow court denied the appeal of jailed Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich. That is the reported fact, Hank.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorStraight facts, Chip. BBN's angle, which is opinion, is that it raises questions about Russia's war capacity and defense spending.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNow to my favorite thing, Hank. Golf! NBC News says Trump wants his West Palm Beach club to be a permanent presidential retreat.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorPermanent. Like a timeshare pitch, except the person selling it is also the customer.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNBC says the club's attorney wrote that it would be the permanent United States Presidential Golf Course, for all past, current and future presidents.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorCBS also reports the pitch.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA shared golf course for every president. Finally, something both parties can fight over the tee times for.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorI love it, Hank! Strip malls have food courts, so why not a government with a clubhouse and a snack bar!
