Jack Harvey Discloses Cancer Diagnosis and Targets the 2027…

What BBN said about it

1.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorIndyCar driver and Fox broadcaster Jack Harvey announced Tuesday that he has cancer, in a two-page statement on X and Instagram captioned "Let's fight."

2.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe statement gives no details about the illness, but it does name two dates for his return: St. Petersburg in March, and the Indianapolis 500 in May of twenty twenty-seven.

3.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorIt's a brave thing to say out loud, and I think giving himself real dates shows he's looking forward and not just hanging on.

4.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorI'd only add that he chose to keep the medical details private, which is his right, and the dates are plenty for the rest of us to cheer for.

5.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe post also went up as a joint post with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway accounts, so the track is plainly in his corner.

6.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorWe're wishing him strength, and we'll be watching for St. Petersburg.

7.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorNow let's head to Rex for the Gridiron, where he's got plenty of scores to cover tonight. Rex?
