What BBN said about it

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorPrinces William and Harry have spoken about regretting how short their last phone call with their mother, Princess Diana, was, according to InStyle.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorIt is a quiet, human story, and it has drawn wide interest among royal watchers. There is no feud in it, and no fashion.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorI'm going to need a minute before the Index. Is it a ten?
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorNo.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorGloria, my feelings are a ten, and the Index should reflect the feelings in this studio.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe Index measures drama, Vera, and a regret said gently is the opposite. I rate it a one, with respect.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorFine, a one for them. Still ahead: when two teams in the same division play each other, how does that division end up winless for the week?
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorAnd I want a separate score for me.
