What BBN said about it

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe SEC is accusing LSU of defying its rules, according to Fox News, and says the school and basketball coach Will Wade keep testing the conference's professionalism standards.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorTesting boundaries shows real confidence. I respect that. Unlike the SEC, which apparently has none.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorLSU has filed a motion to dismiss.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe SEC fired back with that accusation, and Fox says the basketball roster is adding fuel to a fire already burning.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorA motion to dismiss is just a school saying it needs space to heal. Everyone deserves that.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorHeal.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorYes, Hank. Heal. You could try it. You once wrote a strongly worded email to a furniture store and never sent it.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe report does not say how this ends, and neither the SEC nor LSU has said anything in these facts beyond the filings. So that is all we know.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorWhen you've got a roster, you've got warm bodies. When you've got fire, you've got a lot more paperwork with the SEC.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorI have a strict filing system for my collection of vintage sports memorabilia, and it is more organized than this whole situation.
