Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorYahoo Sports reports that top recruit GG Banks picked Dawn Staley and South Carolina over Kim Mulkey and LSU. Two hot takes, thermometer ready.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorChip, you're first.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorLSU should send South Carolina a fruit basket, because losing a five-star guard that gracefully is a win. Nobody leaves a gym that classy angry.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorNOT. A fruit basket is what you send a coach after you lose to her.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorMy take is that LSU has already lost the next five recruits too, because one miss like this spreads like damp through a building.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorDamp.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorHOT, mostly because Dale found a way to blame the plumbing. The man needs no evidence.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorSo what's your hot take, Hank?
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorEvery recruit should have to pick me.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorNobody has ever recruited me for anything, and I'd say yes to the first coach with a decent parking space.
