What BBN said about it

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorOkay, I have three questions. What happened in Somaliland, and why is everyone waving American flags?
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThousands of people there are in a second day of celebrations, with flags and fireworks, after President Trump acknowledged Somaliland as a separate country from Somalia, according to Breitbart.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorTwo days. Does this affect me, or do I just get the fireworks noise secondhand?
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThe report doesn't say it changes anything for you directly. It's a celebration abroad, and that's all we have tonight.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorSo what's the next step?
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNobody knows yet. The report covers the party, not the plan.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorThen I'm starting my own two-day celebration. Somebody just has to acknowledge me first.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNobody has, Vera. I checked.
