What BBN said about it

  1. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA watchdog group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, sued Wednesday, arguing Jared Kushner's White House role violates the Appointments Clause.

  2. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorPriya Lindqvist advises public figures. Priya, what do you see?

  3. Priya LindqvistI see a launch, Hank.

  4. Priya LindqvistNobody sues a man nobody's heard of, so this is a premiere with a very enthusiastic opening night crowd of lawyers.

  5. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe suit asks a court to bar him from the position and from exercising government authority. That reads like an eviction, not a launch.

  6. Priya LindqvistEviction is a strong word.

  7. Priya LindqvistI'd call it a bold career pivot being workshopped in public, and as I tell all my clients, and I have none, workshops are healthy.

  8. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorYou said you have no clients.

  9. Priya LindqvistCorrect. Strictly speaking, I have prospects. Who happen to have a lawsuit and a very tired font.

  10. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA font.

  11. Priya LindqvistSerif is so last administration. I'm told his people want something warmer, and as I tell all my clients, and I have none, Garamond heals.

  12. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorSo you've spoken to his people about typography, but you have no clients. I'm throwing a flag on that one, unnecessary roughness with the truth.

  13. Priya LindqvistFlags are just free confetti, Hank. Sorry, that's my safety whistle, it's gold, it's only for drills, and it has never once been blown at a prospect.

  14. Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe group wants him out of the job. How do you spin that?

  15. Priya LindqvistExit tour. Biggest farewell story of the year, with a hint of a sequel. Do you have an agent, Hank?

  16. Priya LindqvistYour jawline is a little underrepresented.
