What BBN said about it

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorToday's claim: a NATO commander says the alliance will do anything and everything if a member is attacked.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorAnything and everything! I love a person who commits.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorEuropean officials have been calling for vigilance over possible Russian attacks, and this is the answer to that.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe report says it is a warning, and it says it is a reaffirmation of the existing commitment.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorIt does not say what the everything is.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorHank, it's everything. It's right there in the word.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorEverything is not a list. A list is something I can check, and the meter doesn't rate a vibe.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorThe meter rates everything, that's literally the show. So what's the number?
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe statement is real, the commitment is old, and the details are missing. Mildly Bonkers, and the only promise today I wasn't asked to sign.
