Gloria Vance · World News AnchorPresident Zelenskyy called it a macabre gift for Vladimir Putin, who turns seventy-four today. Birthday cards from the Kremlin tend to be written in missiles.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorGloria, I assume the gift receipt was not included. Is there a store credit for that sort of thing?
