Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterTwo arrests, two days, one man, and I am standing outside the station with a very strong feeling!
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorRosa, the reports don't spell out the incidents, and he's only accused so far, allegedly.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterBizarre, Chip. They said bizarre. Do you know how many things that word could mean? Because I have listed forty!
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorForty guesses isn't a report.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterThe crowd here is sharing one gas station donut, and every bite is a theory, so yes, it's a report!
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorSo the police released him once and then arrested him again, and nobody can say why. That's the entire story.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterThen I demand a third arrest. A trilogy. Tomorrow, Bangor, I'll bring snacks.
