What BBN said about it

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA Canada goose seen walking the sidewalks of York, Pennsylvania with a rusty metal ring stuck around its bill has been returned to the wild, UPI reports.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorWalking. Through a city. A goose has wings and chose pavement.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe Raven Ridge Wildlife Center says the ring had been lodged for an extended period, with worn wounds and significant bleeding.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorResidents reported it dazed in September. So the city saw it, noted it, and kept its appointments.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe goose was thin and dehydrated. After a warm bath it drank fresh water, floated, and groomed its chest feathers.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorNobody knows where a ring like that comes from. My theory is a very small, very bad wedding.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorMine is that somebody lost a ring and a goose was standing there. That's the whole theory.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorThe center wrote that the goose was, quote, very photogenic. That is the entire medical update on the face.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorRescued, bathed, and reviewed on how it looks in photos. I know that feeling. Nobody has ever called me clearly better.
