What BBN said about it

1.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorGrammy-winning country duo Brothers Osborne perform their song "R.I.P." on Saturday Sessions, CBS News reports, as they mark ten years since their debut album.

2.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorTen years. A song called R.I.P. at an anniversary party. I'm told that's the sort of thing that ends in a eulogy.

3.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorIt's a country song, Dale.

4.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorExactly. Country songs are where everything dies, the dog, the truck, the marriage. And now the album's ten years old, so it's next.

5.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe duo has been streamed over three point four billion times worldwide, and has earned several platinum and gold certifications.

6.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorThree point four billion funerals, then. Very well attended.

7.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorI should say I've never seen a movie. Is R.I.P. the one where the guy keeps coming back?

8.

   Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorThat's a different R.I.P. entirely.

9.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorTheir fifth album is called Watertown, a tribute to their Maryland hometown on the Chesapeake Bay.

10.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorTen years, three point four billion streams, and I still don't know whether the guy keeps coming back.
