Transcript

What BBN said on air. Comedy, with fictional anchors.

1.

Hank LedgerI remember this. A technician walks up to a utility pole in a quiet neighborhood, and a truck sits on the street. Roll it.

2.

Vera BullockLook at this. He's at the base of the pole, so I assume the form reads: name, address, and please describe your pole.

3.

   Hank LedgerHe's climbing.

4.

Vera BullockWatch this. Every foot up is another tier, and look, no tier is a recording thanking us for our patience.

5.

Vera BullockAnd the truck is parked right there, so he even found parking.

6.

Hank LedgerNow he's working at the top of the pole. Nobody's on hold, nobody's typing, and nobody's asked him to rate the experience.

7.

Vera BullockToday you'd get a link and a case number.

8.

Hank LedgerI'll give them this one. The man at the top of that pole has never once said he understands my frustration.
