Lin-Manuel Miranda's 'Warriors' sets its Broadway cast

What BBN said about it

1.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorI'd forget which cave, but I will not forget this: Lin-Manuel Miranda has announced the cast for Warriors on Broadway.

2.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorBroadway performances start March ninth at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, and opening night is April eighth. Amber Gray plays Ajax, and Jaci Calderon plays Fox.

3.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorAnd Casey Likes is Luther, the gang leader from the nineteen seventy-nine movie, the one who says the famous line about coming out to play.

4.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThat's a friendly line! It's basically a gang leader inviting you to a cookout.

5.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorOh, I'd say it warmer. Come out, and play, and bring a friend, and there's oat milk.

6.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorI'd say it with a coupon!

7.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe man's job is one sentence.

8.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorAlso, Donald Webber Junior from Severance is Masai, and Aneesa Folds, who made her Broadway debut in Freestyle Love Supreme, plays Cleon.

9.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorSeverance on Broadway! Now I want to see him go back to work.

10.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorMiranda said in twenty twenty-four there were no plans for Broadway. Now there's a theatre and a date, and Luther has one line.

11.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorSo he gets to say it in front of a crowd.

12.

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorEight shows a week he invites a theatre to play, and every night it stays seated.
