What BBN said about it

1.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorTori Spelling and her eighteen-year-old daughter Stella went to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, and the photo has Stella towering over her mom, E! News reports.

2.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSpelling posted it to Instagram, and Stella mirrors her mother's pose exactly. It is a very coordinated photograph.

3.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThey're calling them twins. Look at that, mother and daughter, matching pose, matching spirit. I love it.

4.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorChip, one of them is eighteen and the other is fifty-three. That's a mother and her daughter, and a very good sense of fun.

5.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorA delegation of twins! Okay, but did they at least dress alike?

6.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorNot quite. Spelling wore a leather tube top with baggy black cargo jeans and black suspenders.

7.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorStella wore sheer striped tights, denim shorts and a black long-sleeved shirt.

8.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorSo the twin claim has two outfits against it. Does that change anything for the rest of us?

9.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorIt does not. Verdict: a charming photo, a disputed twin claim, and a mother who clearly enjoyed herself at a haunted event.
