Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorYahoo Sports says ESPN has named an NFL Hall of Famer as guest picker for College GameDay's Week Seven show, covering Notre Dame versus BYU.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorHot takes, please. Dale first.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorA Hall of Famer picks one game and gets a ceremony.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorI pick one lunch a day and get a lecture, but somehow pointing still pays worse than both.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorHot. Pointing is underpaid. That's a turkey club with too much mayo.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorMy take is that he should pick with total confidence, wear the biggest hat, and refuse to hear the word upset. A wrong pick is just a bold pick that hasn't happened yet.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorNot. That's a soup of the day with no soup.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorRude.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorAnd you, Hank? Where's your take, you coward with a thermometer?
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorMine is that the Hall of Famer isn't needed. I'd pick the game by pointing at the nearest sandwich. Hot.
