What BBN said about it

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorWeek five is in the books, and Yahoo Sports, citing Pro Football Network, says the Patriots and Packers made massive jumps in the Week six power rankings.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorI will be rating two takes tonight with this thermometer.
Kenji Moonfield · Internet & Trends CorrespondentMy take: a power ranking is a group chat with a spreadsheet. The Patriots jumped because everybody got tired of being mad at them.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorHot. The thermometer just ticked up a degree.
Dr. Nina Byte · Tech & Science CorrespondentMy take is that these rankings are one outlet's opinion, sorted into a list of thirty-two, and a jump of any size is a mood with a number on it.
Kenji Moonfield · Internet & Trends CorrespondentShe's just describing my whole timeline.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNot. Accurate, but cold. Nobody ever got warm from a footnote.
Dr. Nina Byte · Tech & Science CorrespondentAnd the judge's final take?
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorMy final take: power rankings are just vibes with a number slapped on them, and honestly, that's the whole sport right there.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorPackers get the cherry, Patriots get the rhubarb, and the thermometer goes in the crust.
