What BBN said about it

Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterIt's a quiet Delaware neighborhood, late at night, and two teenagers in masks and tactical vests are walking up to front doors with what police say were made to look like rifles.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSurveillance images show them approaching the homes, and New Castle County police arrested both of them. Police have called it a prank.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterAllegedly planned like a heist. The vests were the budget. Someone had to buy those vests.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorOr someone had them in a closet. I have covered cartels on four continents, and none of them started with a closet.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterA closet full of vests.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe prank, allegedly, had a plan for the doorstep and none for the next part, which is a police car in the driveway.
Rosa Ticks · Live ReporterSo the only item nobody put on the agenda was the arrest, and that, allegedly, is the one that showed up.
