What BBN said on air. Comedy, with fictional anchors.
Chip DarnellOur next guest is a reality star and actor with a very busy villa in Burbank. Zephyrine Calloway, welcome to the show.
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayChip, thank you, I'm so happy to be here, and I'm holding my audition tape, which is laminated, so it's basically a contract.
Chip DarnellLet's start with the news.
Chip DarnellVariety reports, in an exclusive, that the Vietnamese sequel Sister Sister Three has been picked up by the distributor 3388 Films.
Chip DarnellThe deal covers the Americas, Europe, Australia, Taiwan and Japan, and it was closed at the film market in Busan. What's your reaction?
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayI'm obsessed with Sister Sister Sister Three. Those women lead the franchise, and I'd give anything to be in it.
Chip DarnellIt's Sister Sister Three, Zephyrine. Two sisters in the title.
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayOf course, Sister Sister Three. It's my favorite of the three, and the one before it, and the one before that.
Chip DarnellWonderful. So tell us about your own new project, which I understand is called Sister Sister Four.
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayIt's not related, legally. It's a story about a cousin who shows up at a wedding and demands to be a sister.
Chip DarnellA cousin demands to be a sister. Is that a drama?
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayIt's a drama with a lot of crying, and I do all my own crying. Here, look at the tape.
Chip DarnellLet me be direct with you. Have you watched either of those first two Sister Sister movies all the way through?
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayI've seen the posters, and the posters are very moving. Next question.
Chip DarnellI'll repeat it. Have you watched either of the first two Sister Sister movies, start to finish?
- ZC
Zephyrine CallowayNo. I've never seen them. I'm in the tape, and the tape is for the third movie, which already finished filming.
