Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorEarly voting in Texas runs through October thirtieth, and our source says he has the real numbers. He's in a parking garage.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorSir, can you hear me?
Mervyn AchterbergI can hear you. Keep your voice down.
Mervyn AchterbergI can't say how I know this, but Harris County had eighty-six thousand three hundred twenty-eight voters on day four.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThat's the most on day four of any midterm since at least nineteen ninety-eight. ABC13 in Houston published it. Why are you whispering?
Mervyn AchterbergBecause someone could be listening. I pulled that from a source I can only describe as the county website.
