What BBN said about it
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorIn Sicily, archaeologists have found a previously unknown ancient Greek neighborhood, a district of the old colonial world that nobody had on a map until now, according to GreekReporter.com.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorA neighborhood. So there were neighbors.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorPresumably, Hank. Greek settlers built across Sicily for centuries, and this find adds a district to a story historians thought they knew.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThen somewhere in there is a man who complained about the neighbor's goat, and in two thousand years nobody has written it down.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe oldest complaint I have personally read was carved into stone, and I'm sorry to say the goat won.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe goat always wins.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorAlso in the science pages, ScienceAlert reports a fungus called D-Rex, as tall as a traffic cone, found in China's Yunnan Province and dating to the end of the dinosaurs.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorRex has sports, Hank, and no fungus can touch his bench stories.
