What BBN said about it

  1. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorFox News reports the Princess of Wales wore Queen Mary's Lover's Knot tiara and a yellow Elie Saab gown to the Oman state banquet at Windsor Castle.

  2. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorIt was made for Queen Mary in 1914 and was worn before by Princess Diana. Your reaction?

  3. Tobias MarchettiStunning. I can say that as someone who has held a very similar crown. Well, a cushion that held one. Seven takes.

  4. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorABC News says it's her most frequently worn tiara. Hello Magazine says she has worn only five in public.

  5. Tobias MarchettiFive? That's a very respectable number. I own a velvet cushion and it has never complained once.

  6. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorOne tiara in heavy rotation, four in reserve. Is that loyalty, or does the jewel box just have five hooks?

  7. Tobias MarchettiLoyalty. Absolutely. In my show, the duchess changes tiaras nightly. Nine takes for the dinner scene alone.

  8. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorTell us about Duchess Overboard.

  9. Tobias MarchettiIt's about a duchess on a cruise ship who loses her crown in the buffet. I play the sommelier who finds it.

  10. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorA sommelier. At that banquet the Sultan drank soft drinks, GB News says, while the wine flowed for everyone else.

  11. Tobias MarchettiVery wise. Wine and tiaras don't mix. Thirteen takes on the drunk-crown scene. I'll never forget it.

  12. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe menu included pot-roasted Windsor pheasant and an individual baked Alaska. Would your sommelier approve?

  13. Tobias MarchettiBaked Alaska is hot ice cream. I find that difficult to trust.

  14. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorLet me ask you plainly. Have you ever seen a real tiara in person?

  15. Tobias MarchettiI've seen photographs of them. Several. I was cast, I believe, for my cheekbones. Fourteen takes to admit that.

  16. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorSo is that a no?

  17. Tobias MarchettiIt's a no. I've only touched the cushion.

  18. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorLightning round. Favorite dessert, one word.

  19. Tobias MarchettiI'd say Baked Alaska, but only from a safe distance.

  20. Gloria Vance · World News AnchorDuchess Overboard is on streaming Friday. And how many tiaras have you worn on screen?

  21. Tobias MarchettiFive, after sixteen takes. I think that makes us even with the princess.
