What BBN said about it

1.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorNoah Wyle of The Pitt has been named People's Sexiest Man Alive, and a portion of the public is formally objecting, Fox News reports.

2.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorObjecting how? Like a petition, or a strongly worded comment section?

3.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorFans named Patrick Dempsey and Jonathan Bailey as better picks. Bailey held the title the year before, so that is a request for an incumbent.

4.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThey want the old one back? That's a recall of the crown, Gloria!

6.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorTwo hundred and fifty thousand votes, ABC News says. Gloria, nobody asked for a recount. That's the cleanest election you cover.

7.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorAnd the winner told Variety he thought the call sounded like a prank, and that he never expected the honor in a million years.

8.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThe loudest skeptic is the nominee.

9.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorHis wife helped talk him into it, and he says she's pleased it reflects well on her taste. Yahoo has that.

10.

Gloria Vance · World News AnchorMy verdict: the crown stands, the inquiry continues, and the Emmy a month earlier makes the case stronger.

11.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorSo the one voter who never needed a recount is his wife.
