Game two tonight: Messick starts for Cleveland, Peralta for Tampa Bay

What BBN said about it

1.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorGame two of the ALCS is tonight at Tropicana Field. Parker Messick takes the mound for the Guardians, Freddy Peralta for the Rays, who need to even the series, Yahoo Sports says.

2.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorMy take: Peralta pitches well, the Rays still lose, and a man in section one hundred and four weeps into a hot dog.

3.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorNOT. You predicted doom on a night with an ace, Dale. The thermometer reads lukewarm gravy.

4.

Kenji Moonfield · Internet & Trends CorrespondentMy take: Messick being a lefty means he sees the whole Rays dugout and judges their haircuts. That throws them off. Mentally.

5.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorHOT. Pitching by intimidation. I'm uncomfortable how much I believe it.

6.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorJudge's turn, then.

7.

Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorMy final take: nobody should watch the game. Sit in the parking lot and listen to the crowd instead, because that's where the real baseball lives.

8.

Kenji Moonfield · Internet & Trends CorrespondentDale, tonight's final rerun notice goes to your own end-is-near warnings. Same one, every night.

9.

Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorAt least they get ratings. Brock, your forecast had better be wet.
