National GeographicTourist Trash Has Done Weird Things to Yellowstone's Thermal Pools

What BBN said about it

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorResearchers say the trash tossed into Yellowstone's thermal pools is changing how they look and behave, and the park's hot springs are not built for coins, wrappers or anything else people drop in.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorA pool that held its shape through ice ages is now being rearranged by a snack wrapper. I have seen borders redrawn with more dignity.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe pools declined to comment.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorThey have been silent for ten thousand years, Hank, and they are still the most honest guests at any summit I attended. Meanwhile, WNBA fans have buried a critic who took a jab at Caitlin Clark's ESPN ratings.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorFans replied that the critic sounded like he was still crying about it. The internet remains undefeated at pettiness.
Gloria Vance · World News AnchorDr. Byte has a gadget review next, and I hope it is not something that ends up in a hot spring.
