New protein ranking names unexpected winner over beef, salmon and eggs

What BBN said about it

1.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorTofu topped a new ranking of twenty proteins, beating beef, salmon and eggs, while cheddar finished last. Maurice Tzabari advises on this kind of thing.

2.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorMaurice, how solid is it?

3. MT

Maurice TzabariOne researcher at Cambridge, using British supermarket data. We call that a global framework. Mostly the supermarket part.

4. MT

Maurice TzabariThat observation is four thousand dollars an hour.

5.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorOne researcher. And experts say it's an initial scoring system, not a dietary guideline. So is it a verdict on beef or not?

6. MT

Maurice TzabariNo, and that's its strength. A guideline can be wrong, but a score can only be interesting. Saying that costs forty-five hundred an hour now.

7.

   Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorForty-five hundred?

8. MT

Maurice TzabariThe rate rises with the insight. Tofu scored thirty-six out of forty, and beef got one point on the Planet side.

9. MT

   Maurice TzabariI'm told that's called a pattern, and it's fifty-five hundred.

10.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorSo you've read the study, Maurice? Yes or no.

11. MT

Maurice TzabariI've read the headline very closely, and my pointer is pointing at a blank whiteboard on purpose.

12. MT

Maurice TzabariTofu scored thirty-six, and this answer is billed at six thousand.

13.

Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorThank you, Maurice. Rex, did any team get a score that high, or are they all stuck on the bench?
