What BBN said about it
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorA new off-Broadway musical called The Heart is about a heart transplant, and the couple in it meets because one character's heartbeat is exactly half the tempo of a song.
Brock Thunderson · Chief MeteorologistTheaterMania says it's at the Laura Pels Theatre with Roundabout. It opened October twenty-ninth and runs through December sixth, per Broadway World. It's an electronic score.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorThat's spiritually Florida. A pulse, a beat, a club with a defibrillator by the bar.
Brock Thunderson · Chief MeteorologistThere is no Florida in it. It's a hospital and a dance floor.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorHalf the tempo, though. Somebody had to count that. Who counts that?
Brock Thunderson · Chief MeteorologistA cardiologist and a DJ, standing very close together. One New York critic gave it four stars. I'd give it four gusts.
Chip Darnell · U.S. News AnchorFlorida Man Rating: four alligators. And I'd match anyone's tempo at that club.
