What BBN said about it

Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe Knicks have waived three players on nonguaranteed contracts ahead of Thursday's preseason finale, and two players now remain for at least one open roster spot.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorThat's two people spending their afternoon watching the phone, hoping it rings and also hoping it doesn't ring from the wrong number.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorThe three who got cut found out first. The two left just got a longer wait, which is worse.
Hank Ledger · Lead AnchorThe New York Post reports the decision comes down to the finale, so those two have one more game to make their case.
Vera Bullock · Co-AnchorOne game, one last chance. I call that a growth opportunity with a very small waiting room.
Dale Bearman · Chief Skeptic & ContributorA waiting room where the receptionist is a roster spreadsheet. Nobody leaves happy except the spreadsheet.
