1.

Chip DarnellJoining us live is an actor who says she has been following this story closely, Juniper Calloway, star of Harbor Lights: The Reckoning. Welcome, Juniper.

2. JC

Juniper CallowayThank you, Chip. I'm told this is a compliment: you have a very bookable face. I was also told it's because casting directors recognize me from my agent's headshot spam.

3.

Chip DarnellSo here's the story. Page Six says Netflix used Meghan Markle to promote The Gentlemen after rumors she might join the show.

4.

Chip DarnellPage Six sources say she never got a formal offer and had one conversation with the casting director. What do you make of that?

5. JC

Juniper CallowayOne conversation is a lot, Chip. I've had careers on less. Mine is built on a single lunch with a man who left early.

6.

Chip DarnellAnd Guy Ritchie reportedly replied 'Really?' when he first heard the rumors, then later said 'Not a chance.'

7. JC

Juniper CallowayThat's a two-act drama about a part that was never written. 'Really?' is the setup. 'Not a chance' is the reviews.

8.

Chip DarnellSo you'd call it a bad notice?

9. JC

Juniper CallowayI've been told 'Not a chance' is a compliment. I was told it by a man holding my script upside down. Three stars.

10.

Chip DarnellLet's talk about your new project. Harbor Lights: The Reckoning. What's it about?

11. JC

Juniper CallowayI play a lighthouse keeper's twin sister who is also the lighthouse. It's very physical. I wore this ice bucket for six weeks.

12.

    Chip DarnellThe ice bucket?

13. JC

Juniper CallowayMy emotional support helmet. I take it everywhere. Hotel-room ice buckets are the only honest thing in this business.

14.

Chip DarnellBut you've said you turned down a big streaming role this year. Was it offered?

15. JC

Juniper CallowayI've been told this is a compliment, that I'm very hard to cast. Also that nobody's ever tried. It was a conversation.
