  1. Vera BullockOur guest has spent twenty years counting to three while people hit each other. Marcello Ibsen Tran, referee, thank you for joining us.

  2. Marcello Ibsen TranHappy to be here. I brought my shirt, because it's been through a lot, and it's the only one I own.

  3. Vera BullockAt Halloween Havoc, Grayson Waller beat Tony D'Angelo, and the official got knocked out in the struggle over a carjack.

  4. Vera BullockThen Waller hit his challenger with it.

  5. Marcello Ibsen TranI watched that and felt seen. The official was out cold. That's a professional hazard, and it doesn't get enough respect.

  6. Vera BullockCM Punk challenges Waller on Wednesday, November fourth. I assume the internal memo says the referee exceeded expectations by lying down.

  7. Marcello Ibsen TranA disqualification would have been the call. But nobody could make it, because the guy who makes it was asleep.

  8. Vera BullockPunk sent a video and wasn't at the show. He said, hold on to that belt tight, because I'm coming.

  9. Marcello Ibsen TranHold it tight. Good advice. I held a clipboard tight once and it still ended up in the third row.

  11. Marcello Ibsen TranIt's a documentary called Three Count, Eight Concussions. It follows a referee through one full Tuesday. I'm also the narrator, and the catering.

  12. Vera BullockEight concussions? That's a lot.

  13. Marcello Ibsen TranFor the count, it's five. Maybe four. The other ones were before the project, so they're not in the film.

  14. Vera BullockSo is that a yes? Did the title match come from the knockout, or in spite of it?

  15. Marcello Ibsen TranI can't answer that. But I'll say this: NXT is moving to Wednesday because The CW has election coverage Tuesday.

  16. Marcello Ibsen TranEven the schedule knows who matters.
