Transcript

What BBN said on air. Comedy, with fictional anchors.

1.

Hank LedgerThe BBC reports that Jude, a lurcher rescued in Kent after living in darkness, has learned to play for the first time.

2.

Hank LedgerGloria, your take, and I have the thermometer.

3.

Gloria VanceMy take is that Jude is better informed than most governments I have covered.

4.

Gloria VanceHe saw the dark, he left it, and he has asked nobody for a statement.

5.

Hank LedgerHot. I have known ministers who needed a summit to leave a room.

6.

Dr. Nina ByteMy take is that play is the hardest skill in science. I hold three doctorates and cannot do it, and Jude learned in a week.

7.

Hank LedgerA week? The story says nothing about a week.

8.

Dr. Nina ByteThen it was faster.

9.

Hank LedgerNot. The data does not support the doctorates or the week. Mild at best.

10.

Hank LedgerMy final take: Jude should anchor this show. He can sleep through it, which is more than we can say.
